A Quick Note on Inclusivity

You may have noticed that on our home page we say “menstruating people”, so why don’t we just say “women?”. Because not all women menstruate and not all people who menstruate are women. Beyond Filters: The Pad Project is about women providing for women but we also see menstrual support as a human right.
There are many great resources out there that talk about inclusivity, gender, identity, and menstrual health. There's a lot of great work being highlighted for Pride, so I do suggest taking a look about. I've linked a couple resources to look at if you want to read more about gender, identity, and menstruation.
