A half day workshop on September 12 for healing yourselves. Fun filled event with yoga, prayer mala making & sharing a vibration with sound healing.
I'm excited to tell you all about this great opportunity to get tickets for an amazing event and to support us too. My amazing friend Sarita from Tibet Imports put this event together with Anjila, and they are generously donating certain proceeds from the event to this nonprofit project (Beyond Filters: The Pad Project). The event is called Healing Journey, a holistic approach on healing yourself from inside. This workshop has a unique blend of the power of Prayer Mala, yoga, and the vibration of sound. The Himalayan Singing Bowls used for this healing meditation are 432 Hz, which is believed to be more in tune with the rhythm of the universe. With the guidance of Becky Prater, we will work through a "Know Thyself" workbook: a deeply satisfying journey of personal discovery intended to create a comprehensive action plan to align your life more fully with your values. Complimentary henna tattooing and personal Vedic Astrology reading will be offered.
